INSULATION By offering customized solutions according to customer demands, we apply rock wool insulation to the outer surface of our tankers. Covering this special insulation material with fiberglass and stainless steel sheets ensures optimal temperature maintenance of the transported products. This method provides a safer and more efficient transportation experience by minimizing temperature fluctuations during the transportation process. With our flexible solutions that meet our customers' specific needs, we not only meet industry standards but also aim for excellence in transportation processes. PAINT The tanker's hull and other relevant parts are completely cleaned. Surface roughness, welding errors, flows, etc. is corrected. Then, it is painted with at least 2 layers of rust-resistant epoxy primer. After the primer, the surface is smoothed by applying satin paste and made ready for the final coat of paint. After all preparations are completed, a layer of acrylic paint is applied with a specially selected color and then the painting process is completed with 2 layers of acrylic paint with added shine. After the paint is completely dry, paint thickness measurements are made on the tank surface and micron records are added to the quality file.
